Aleksandar Radoičić

Aleksandar Radoičić is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Global Senior Expert Manager for People Development, Leadership, and Culture at LEONI since July 2016. Radoičić's expertise encompasses global talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture. Previously held positions at LEONI include Country HR Manager and Head of Learning & Development, where responsibilities included talent management, organizational transformation, and employee engagement initiatives.
