Jordan Velazquez

Jordan Velazquez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Sales Professional at Aldea Thai Resort in 2012. In 2013, they joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they held positions as a Front Desk Agent, Front Office Supervisor, and later as an Accountant. In 2018, they transitioned to W Dallas - Victory Hotel & Residences, where they served as a Residences Assistant Manager and then as a Residences Manager until 2021. Currently, Jordan holds the position of Operations Manager at Synthesis, and they were recently promoted to the role of Director of Business Operations in February 2022.

Jordan Velazquez obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Richland Community College, which was completed in 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. This includes becoming an OKR Certified Coach from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method in August 2021, an Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute in April 2020, and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in December 2019.
