Margarita Kurushina

Margarita Kurushina is currently Head of Solution Architects at Synthesized. Prior to that, they were a Partner Relations at Konfy from May 2020 to May 2021 where they reached and successfully onboarded 40+ sponsors for 7 conferences, including such companies as Twitter, Netflix, and JetBrains. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at BNP Paribas from February 2020 to August 2020 where they transferred dozens of software projects from Deutsche Bank to BNPP environment during the sale of the Equities department. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Deutsche Bank from August 2017 to February 2020 where they did software development for the Equity market in an international distributed team. Margarita created new components from scratch, as well as maintained legacy projects. Margarita has also been a Conference Organizer / Software Engineer at JUG.ru Group from January 2015 to August 2017.

Margarita Kurushina has a Bachelor's Degree in Department of Mechanics and Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University (NSU). Margarita also has a High School diploma from The Specialized Educational Scientific Center of Novosibirsk State University. Margarita Kurushina is certified from Coursera in Programming Languages and Functional Programming Principles in Scala.

Their manager is Denis Borovikov, CTO. They are on a team with Don Brown - Field CTO, Mark Vinogradov - Full Stack Engineer, and Lada Ilyina - Senior Front-End Engineer.
