Vijay Reddy

Vijay Reddy is the CEO at Synthium Health. Prior to this, they served as the product owner and solutions architect at a confidential company from September 2019 to January 2020. During their time there, they were instrumental in architecting a system to integrate data error-free and automatically from other internal systems to a centralized analytical platform. Vijay also created a solution which could automatically retrieve business knowledge stored in other rules engines by leveraging nuggets of information stored in other engines to achieve competitive edge. In addition, Vijay worked on the Enterprise Content Library project, a business rules management / analytics system. Vijay was responsible for finalizing business requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements with department heads. Vijay also performed detailed research to identify impacts to existing systems and to come up with options to accomplish business needs. Vijay provided management with metrics, reports and schedules as necessary, mapping business processes and documenting process flows. Vijay also helped develop Master Test Plans and Test Cases as per the requirements. Furthermore, they worked closely with UAT personnel to ensure that their needs are met, and to provide sufficient understanding for the UAT test teams to transition the automated system by the end of the project. Lastly, they created mockup screens and upon approval from business, the designer created the pages for the developers.

Vijay Reddy received their Master of Science in Computer Science from Jackson State University. Vijay is certified from LinkedIn in Chief Technology Officer Career Guide and Applied Machine Learning: Algorithms. Vijay is also certified from LinkedIn in NLP with Python for Machine Learning Essential Training.
