Wim Kees is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Syntho, a leading AI Generated Synthetic Data platform that helps organizations turn privacy by design into a competitive advantage. Prior to this, they worked as a Challenge Lead ScoutLab at DPW. Wim Kees also served as a Consultant at nlmtd, where they played a crucial role in helping organizations become future-proof through strategy, innovation, and transformation. Before that, they held multiple positions at Van Lanschot Kempen, including Product Manager Investments, Product Owner of Mobile Banking Apps, and participated in a Private Banking Traineeship. Wim Kees started their career as an Active Member at Risk - Financial Study Association University of Groningen and also founded Inveni Uitvindingen.
