Cristine Lipscomb is the Co-Founder & CEO of Synthology, a company that provides talent strategy consulting and HR Tech to enhance people engagement and workforce productivity. With a background in managing director roles at Accenture and a client portfolio director at Future State, Cristine has extensive experience in delivering human-centered solutions to complex challenges. As the founder of Intrac Inc., a Learning and EdTech consulting firm, Cristine led consulting teams and clients through significant changes in technology innovation and organizational ways of working. With a Master's degree from the University of Virginia and a BA in Leadership Studies and English from the University of Richmond, Cristine brings a strong educational background to their leadership roles.
