Caroline Keefe

Caroline Keefe has extensive work experience in the field of pensions and benefits. Caroline currently holds the position of Global Pensions & Benefits Director at Synthomer since July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Group Pensions & Reward Manager at Synthomer from December 2018 to July 2020.

Before their time at Synthomer, they worked at Clarksons Platou as the Head of Compensation & Benefits from July 2015 to December 2018.

Caroline also gained experience at Experian as the Pensions & Benefits Manager from November 2013 to July 2015 and as the Deputy Pensions Manager from November 2006 to November 2013. Caroline was a Benefits Adviser at AIG from November 2004 to November 2006.

Caroline began their career as a Junior Consultant at Robert Fleming Benefit Consultants from July 2003 to November 2004 and then worked as a Senior Pensions Administrator / Assistant Consultant at Aon from May 2001 to July 2003.

Caroline also held the position of Senior Pensions Administrator at SBJ BENEFIT CONSULTANTS LIMITED from March 2000 to May 2001.

Caroline started their career as a Pensions Administrator at MERCHANT INVESTORS ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED from March 1999 to March 2000.

Caroline's early work experience includes being a Pensions Administrator at London & Manchester Corporate Pensions from February 1998 to March 1999 and working as a Sales Assistant / Buyer at HMV from April 1997 to February 1998.

Caroline Keefe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Society with a focus on Social & Economic History and Sociology from the University of Exeter from 1994 to 1997. Caroline also received certifications from the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and the International Employee Benefits Association, including FPMI (obtained in 2015) and Dip. IEB (obtained in 2000).
