David Faris

David Faris, CPEM, has extensive experience in operations and technical management, currently serving as Operations and Technical Manager at Synthomer since March 2019. Faris has held various roles at Synthomer, including Technical and Quality Manager, Process Engineering Supervisor, and Senior Process Control Engineer. Prior to this, a Senior Process Engineer position was held at Hydrodec from September 2017 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a sixteen-year tenure at OMNOVA Solutions, where roles ranged from Supply Chain Manager to Process Engineer and Operations Engineer, as well as starting as a Chemical Operator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2020 - August 2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Automated Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Akron.
