Zhenli Wei is the Vice President of Innovation for the Global Business Division Performance Elastomers at Synthomer. Zhenli has extensive experience in research and development, having held positions such as Head of LANXESS Rubber Research Center in Qingdao, and R&D Manager for HNBR at LANXESS Deutschland GmbH. Prior to their current role, Zhenli served as the Asia Innovation Director at Synthomer and led R&D efforts in Asia from 2014 to 2016. Zhenli obtained a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Chemistry from Zhejiang University.
