Jacek Kokosza

Graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań, where he studied Management at the Financial Faculty. He holds a British Chartered Accountant license issued by the ACCA.

He started his professional career at Bekaert. Then, he joined Magna International, a world leader in the production of automotive components, with which he was associated for 19 years. In his career, he has gone through all levels of management in the area of finance, from Cost Controller to Global Finance Director and Member of the Management Board of one of Magna’s Business Groups. He participated in numerous company restructuring and acquisition processes. In 2015, he led the reorganization at one of the production plants as Deputy General Manager responsible for the areas of Business Development, Project Management and Continuous Improvement. He has been working for the Synthos Group since 2021.
