Elad Ferber

Elad Ferber is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in technology and healthcare. Currently serving as CEO of Synthpop since April 2023, Elad focuses on leveraging AI to enhance healthcare workflows and improve patient outcomes. As a Lead Mentor at StartX since 2016, Elad guides entrepreneurs through critical topics in leadership and business development. In response to the October 2023 terrorist attacks, Elad became a Founding Member of the Israeli Children's Fund, aiming to support affected families. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ZOLL Itamar, Congregation Kol Emeth, and co-founding Spry Health, where Elad significantly contributed to the development of remote patient monitoring solutions. Elad's earlier career includes strategic positions in the Israeli Ministry of Defense, SpaceIL, and the Israeli Air Force, showcasing expertise in project management and systems engineering. Elad holds an MBA from Stanford University and advanced degrees in Systems Engineering and Physics/Mathematics from prestigious institutions.
