Spencer Hay has a diverse work experience in various industries. Spencer started their career as the Chief Operations Officer at Quatro Solutions, where they implemented strategic initiatives for product development, manufacturing, and sales. Spencer then joined Fattmerchant as an SDR Manager and Sales Manager, where they played a pivotal role in building and designing the sales process. Spencer went on to found Elevated Stature, a clothing company catering to tall and slim men. Spencer later served as the VP of Sales at Sighthound, driving sales through partnership and OEM channels. Spencer also worked as the Head of Sales at Pilot AI, leading the sales efforts for embedded computer vision technology. Most recently, they joined Syntiant Corp. as the Commercial Software Sales Lead, where they promote their AI software and hardware advancements.
