Lionel D'Aversa

Lionel D'Aversa has over 12 years of work experience. Lionel began their career in 2008 as a Consultant for Mars and Co. In 2011, they joined Estin & Co as a Senior Consultant, where they were in charge of client interaction and delivery of results. Lionel was also the project leader of teams of up to four junior consultants. In 2013, they moved to Groupe Roullier as a Business Development. In 2016, they joined OCP SA as a Business Development Project Manager. Since 2020, they have been the Vice President of Syntony Corporation USA and the Head of Strategy & Business Development.

Lionel D'Aversa attended Lycée Sainte Geneviève from 2001 to 2003, where they completed their Preparatory classes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. In 2003, they began their studies at École Polytechnique, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Applied Mathematics & Nanotechnologies in 2006. That same year, they enrolled at Princeton University and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering in 2008. In 2005, they took a course at Université des langues et culture de Beijing in Chinese.
