Signal Processing Engineer at Syntony GNSS

Mathieu Villion has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. From 1998 to 2004, they worked for Motorola as a System Engineer, where they developed for 3G+ telephony standards, UMTS HSDPA, and implemented HSDPA algorithms on a StarCore SC140 based architecture. Mathieu also led a team of four engineers for the UMTS-TDD and Chinese TD-SCDMA project, and integrated algorithms on Motorola core architectures. From 2004 to 2010, they worked for Freescale Semiconductor as a System Engineer, where they were the System Architect of LTE downlink channel decoder, developed OFDM demodulator algorithms, and was responsible for the validation of 4G LTE IP. From 2010 to 2011, they worked for EASII-IC as a Telecommunication Engineer. From 2011 to 2014, they worked for Accent as a Principal System Architect, modeling and developing transmission chains for Smart Grids standards. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they worked for Nanomade-Concept as a Research Engineer for biomedical applications, and from 2015 to the present, they have worked for SYNTONY GNSS as a Signal Processing Engineer, developing GNSS signal players and recorders, and remotely controlling with PSD visualization.

Mathieu Villion obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur Supélec from CentraleSupélec between 1995 and 1998, specializing in Information, System and Measure.
