Patrick Cooper started their work experience in 2007 at EBSCO Information Services as a Content Writer. Patrick was responsible for abstracting and indexing articles from academic journals, performing independent research, fact-checking, and editing content. In 2016, they joined Syntrio as the Director of Operations, and they are currently in that role.

Patrick Cooper completed their Bachelor's Degree in History from Salem State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
