Andrew Basley

Andrew Basley currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Syntura, a role assumed in November 2023, overseeing HR leadership across teams in the UK and Kenya, with a focus on various aspects of human resources including learning and development, performance management, and employee experience. Previously, Andrew held the same position at FITTS from February 2020 to November 2023. Before that, Andrew worked at Salt, initially as the Cloud & Data Practice Lead and later as a Managing Consultant focused on Microsoft Modern Workplace technology recruitment. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at Resourcity UK as Director, at Square One as a Managing Consultant and Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant, and at Oscar Associates as a Contracts Recruitment Consultant. Andrew earned a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Manchester between 2004 and 2008.
