Sadir Omer

Sadir Omer is a Network Support Engineer at Syntura since October 2023, specializing in troubleshooting and resolving 2nd line support escalations while serving as an internal escalation point for technical issues. Previously, as a Senior Network Specialist at HCL Sri Lanka, Sadir Omer supported a large healthcare organization by managing over 3000 networking devices and conducting network failover testing.
