Robert Sroka

Robert Sroka has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Robert is currently a Partner at Rockland Advisory Group, LLC, where they help business owners and management teams with decisions related to selling their business, growing through acquisitions, and funding operations. Prior to this, they worked at Sypris Solutions Inc as a Director. Robert also served as a Managing Director at Lighthouse Partners, providing guidance in merger, acquisition, and divestiture processes for middle market companies. Robert has held directorship positions at Stampede Meat, Inc. and Pet Partners LLC, and served as an Advisory Board Member at SixAxis, LLC. Robert was a Managing Director at CSG Partners, where they worked until 2010. Before that, Robert held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Avado Brands. Their career began at J.P. Morgan, where they worked as a Managing Director for 14 years.
