Ela Tal

Ela Tal currently serves as the HRBP, C&B and Training Lead at Syqe Medical since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ela Tal was the Head of HR at SOLATO, a food-tech company focused on gelato-making, from January 2022 to March 2024. From August 2019 to December 2021, Ela Tal worked as an HRBP at Bio-Technology General, providing strategic HR partnership and coaching to managers in various departments. Ela Tal's extensive experience includes serving as the O.D. & Sister Companies HR Manager at Medinol from February 2010 to January 2019, where Ela Tal collaborated with the CEO on HR strategy and managed performance and training processes. Earlier in the career, Ela Tal worked as a Training & O.D Supervisor and as an HR Coordinator at Medinol, and also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Goldman from January 2008 to February 2010. Ela Tal holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University, obtained from 2004 to 2007.
