Jason Collins

Jason P. Collins, MPA, currently serves as a Research Associate at Syra Health since February 2023. Previous roles include Epidemiologist at the CDC Foundation from November 2021 to February 2023 and LHD Support Epidemiologist at the Indiana State Department of Health from July 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities involved conducting routine investigations for communicable diseases and engaging with patients and health care providers for case reporting. Additionally, Jason held positions as Graduate Student Research Assistant at Indiana State University from January 2019 to December 2020, Director of Inclusive Excellence for the Indiana State Student Government Association from April 2018 to July 2020, Program Assistant at the Minority Health Coalition of Vigo County in mid-2018, and Office Assistant at the Student Health Promotions Center at Indiana State University earlier in 2018. Jason P. Collins earned a Master of Public Administration from Indiana State University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Communication from the same institution in 2018.
