R Eugene Bailey

R Eugene Bailey currently serves as the Family Medicine Residency Program Director and Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, a position held since October 2018. In addition, R Eugene Bailey is the Director of the Family Medicine Clerkship at SUNY Upstate and has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at Keiju Medical Center since April 2014. Previously, R Eugene Bailey held the role of Medical Director at Christian Health Service of Syracuse from December 2012 to October 2018 and has served as Team Physician for the Syracuse Crunch since October 2011. R Eugene Bailey earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY Oswego.
