Paul Roux has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 1994 to 1998, they served as Chief Engineer at Metso Paper, overseeing training, engineering layouts, and project management. From 1998 to 2001, they took on additional responsibilities as the Plant Manager at the same company, enhancing strategies and equipment layout for increased productivity. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as the Sales Manager/Process Solutions at Metso Paper, spearheading global business development opportunities. From 2003 to 2006, they became the Manager of Sales at Metso Paper, managing domestic and international business development in the pulp and paper industry.
