Sinan M Çevikus, PhD, MBA, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in finance and administration roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Financial Officer at the Syria Recovery Trust Fund (SRTF), where they were responsible for ensuring transparent and accountable financial management of grant funding for projects in Syria. Sinan M also served as the Director of Finance and Administration at SRTF and played a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organization.

Prior to their work at SRTF, Sinan worked as a Regional Controller at Alfred H Knight, where they managed finance, accounting, and HR operations for Turkey, South Europe, and Pakistan. Sinan M also served as the CFO at Inanlar Construction, Automotive, and Insurance companies, where they were responsible for managing the finance, accounting, budget, and reporting departments.

Sinan has also held positions as a Financial Advisor at NTT DATA Business Solutions Turkey, an Independent Financial Advisor at Independent Advisor Alliance, and a Global Finance Processes & Compliance Director at Verifone, where they worked on implementing accounting policies and providing training on process standardization.

Earlier in their career, Sinan worked as a Finance and Administration Manager at GLOBAL İLETİŞİM, an Internal Audit Manager at Doğan Müzik Kitap Mğz. Paz., and a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager at Turkcell Global Bilgi. Sinan M also gained experience as an Audit Manager at PwC, where they audited firms according to IFRS, CMB principles, US GAAP, and UK GAAP.

Throughout their career, Sinan has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audit. Sinan M holds a PhD, MBA, and CPA qualifications, making him a highly qualified and knowledgeable professional in the field.

Sinan M Çevikus has an extensive education history that spans across various fields. Sinan M began their academic journey at TED Ankara Koleji, where they completed their Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching in 1992, earning a score of 8.5/10.

Afterward, Çevikus pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, completing it in 1996.

In 1996, they joined Bilkent University and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which they completed in 1998. This degree offered him advanced knowledge in business administration.

Çevikus obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Turkey through The Association of International Certified Public Accountants. This certification further enhanced their expertise in accounting.

Furthermore, in 2016, Çevikus obtained the title of Independent Auditor from the Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB) in Turkey, expanding their qualifications and competence in auditing.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Çevikus embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2016. Sinan M successfully completed their doctoral studies in 2020, earning a Ph.D. in Psychology.
