Ali Mahmoud

Ali Mahmoud is an experienced professional in the fields of program coordination, tourism, and customer service. Currently serving as the Special Needs Program Coordinator at Syria Trust for Development since November 2022, Ali Mahmoud plays a key role in operational planning and communication with individuals with special needs. Prior roles include working as a Tourist Guide at the October War Panorama, where Ali Mahmoud conducted museum tours, and part-time as a Customer Service Coordinator at Movo Delivery. Ali Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Jami't Al-Ba'ath and two Master's degrees in Tourism from Damascus University and Jami't Al-Ba'ath.
