Ghazwan Malki

Ghazwan Malki is a seasoned legal professional and humanitarian leader, co-founding the Syrian Environment and Climate Change Association (SECCA) in February 2023. Since 2009, Ghazwan has served as the Head of the International Humanitarian Law Unit at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent. In addition to this role, Ghazwan has maintained a private law practice since June 2006, offering legal advisory services across various domains including contracts, civil, commercial, and administrative cases, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. Furthermore, Ghazwan has been a dedicated volunteer with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent since 1996.
