Batoul Khaledi

Batoul Khaledi has extensive experience in the telecommunications and education sectors, currently serving as a Retention Specialist at Syriatel Mobile Telecom since July 2014, having previously held the roles of Service Desk Coordinator and Contact Center Representative. Prior experience includes a position as a Community Volunteer at AL Majad Association for Special Needs from February 2013 to June 2014 and working as an English teacher at Damascus Schools from September 2007 to April 2012. Batoul Khaledi's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Translation from Arabic to English from Damascus University, an MBA from Binaa Manhaji, and ongoing studies toward a second Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Binaa Manhaji. Additional qualifications include an ICDL certificate and certification from the Higher Language Institute Language Training Unit in Damascus.
