Doug Brooks

Doug Brooks has extensive experience in the field of underground utility locating, having worked in this capacity since 2002. Currently serving at Syringa Networks since February 2013, Doug previously held the same position at ELM Locating and Utility Services from April 2002 to February 2013. Doug's educational background includes attendance at Kaiserslautern American High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany, from 1972 to 1975.
