Alex Schelhaas

Alex Schelhaas has a long history of experience in product management and development. Alex began their career in 2009 as a Financial Analyst for Merrill Lynch, where they assisted a team of financial leaders in portfolio analysis and expected cashflow models. In 2010, they joined the Peace Corps as a volunteer. In 2012, they took on the role of Product Owner at Red Creek, where they developed custom invoicing and collections applications that reduced invoicing time from 2 weeks to 30 minutes and implemented the organization's first digital payments portal. In 2015, they became a Partner at Longshore Software. In 2017, they joined National Heritage Academies as a Digital Product Manager, where they led a cross-functional team to build, test, and deliver new digital products, growing the user base from 10,000 MAU to 50,000 MAU. In 2019, they became a Product Advisor for RentalEval. Finally, in 2020 they took on the role of Senior Product Manager at CAVALLO (Previously SalesPad), where they launched 6 apps on Microsoft AppSource including a no-code workflow engine. In 2023, they became a Senior Product Manager at Syrup Tech, where they are building the future of inventory AI.

Alex Schelhaas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Economics from Grand Valley State University.
