Mikael Oterhals

Mikael Oterhals has a diverse background in various industries, from music to sales. Currently serving as the Nordic Sales Manager and Team Lead KAM at Sysarb, where they are involved in pioneering the field of pay equity. In the past, Mikael has also worked as a pianolärare at Studieförbundet Bilda and held managerial positions at Nordiska Kompaniet and Brothers AB. Additionally, Mikael has experience as a Kapellmästare at Kulturföreningen Cabary. They hold a Gymnasieexamen in Naturvetenskap from Katedralskolan Uppsala.
