Emma Lind

Emma Lind is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Partner at Sysav since March 2022, Emma previously contributed as a Global HR Technology Expert at Alfa Laval from March 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included launching Workday as a global people management platform. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Customer Support Partner at Alfa Laval, a Human Resources Specialist at HD-Sydsvenskan, and as a Human Resources Officer at both Malmö universitet and Domstolsverket, focusing on organizational changes, HR support, and development initiatives. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Lund University and a background in social science from Österportskolan.
