Dan Popa is an experienced food safety and quality management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, specializing in the Food and Beverage Industry. Currently serving as Food Safety Manager at Sysco Canada Inc. since October 2015, Dan Popa previously held key positions such as Quality Manager and Quality Superintendent at Cargill from February 2019 to October 2021, and Quality Supervisor at Berthelet from September 2012 to October 2015. Earlier career roles included Food Safety Coordinator at Barry Callebaut (2010-2012) and Quality Assurance Manager at Nature's Touch (April 2009 - June 2010).
