Peter Jackson

Peter Jackson is the current CEO of Sysco Great Britain. Peter has held this position since April 2018. Prior to their current role, they were the Managing Director of Aryzta Food Solutions Ireland from November 2013 to May 2016. Peter then took on the role of Managing Director of Aryzta Food Solutions Europe from March 2017 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of Aryzta Food Solutions across Europe as well as full responsibility for all Aryzta Operations in Ireland, U.K. and France. From June 2016 to March 2017, they served as the Managing Director of Aryzta Ireland. In this role, they were responsible for Aryzta Bakeries Ireland, Aryzta Food Solutions Ireland and Business Development Aryzta Food Solutions Europe. Prior to their roles at Aryzta, they served as the Chief Executive of Kepak Convenience Foods from October 2001 to October 2013. Peter also served as the Finance Director of Pierre's Foodservice from August 1999 to September 2001.

Peter Jackson completed a Leadership for Growth Programme at IMD Business School. Peter then completed an ACMA at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Finally, they completed a Business Studies degree in Finance at Dublin City University.
