Leah Foley

Leah Foley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Sysco Ireland since September 2019. Leah's career includes significant roles such as HR Manager at Kerry Group from May 2014 to August 2019, Lead HR Generalist at Ericsson from 2008 to 2013, and Assistant Vice President in Human Resources at Merrill Lynch from 2002 to 2008. Initiating their HR journey as an HR Specialist in Executive Search & Selection at KPMG from 2001 to 2002, Leah has developed a diverse skill set encompassing performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR support while contributing to various high-performance environments. Leah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (HRM) from Dublin City University and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
