Alexia Smith is a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator with a dual degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's College. They began their professional journey in marketing but discovered a passion for human resources, leading to an internship at Martin’s Point Health Care, where they contributed to various HR projects. Alexia is currently applying their skills in employee relations and operations at Sysco, after having gained valuable experience in customer service and coaching. Throughout their career, they have focused on creating inclusive workplaces and enhancing employee satisfaction.
