Barbra Rocha is a highly experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leading HR functions at various companies such as Sysco, Reyes Beverage Group, Costa Farms, and Burger King Corporation. With a BS in Criminal Justice and an MBA specialization in HR, Barbra has successfully implemented HR operational strategies, talent management practices, and workforce analysis to drive business success and ensure high levels of employee engagement. Currently serving as the Market Vice President, Human Resources at Sysco, Barbra plays a strategic role in executing region, market-level, and enterprise-wide HR initiatives and is actively involved in talent development through formal training and mentoring.
