Brett Lester

Brett Lester is a transformation enthusiast currently serving as a Senior Director at Sysco, where they focus on scaling the National Sales organization to drive growth. Previously, Brett spent six years as a management consultant at EY-Parthenon, specializing in sales and service optimization, go-to-market strategy, and M&A. They also worked as an Application Development Manager at J.P. Morgan, leading teams in software development and security initiatives, and held the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, gaining extensive global experience.
