Brian Eichelberger has extensive experience in business development and management within the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for the Central Plains Region at Sysco since October 2016, Eichelberger has also held various roles at Sysco, including Business Resource Consultant and Marketing Associate. Prior to this, Eichelberger was the Owner and Managing Partner of RJB Restaurant Franchise & Consultant from February 2015 to January 2017 and served as the Director of Business Development at Leapset, a technology platform for Sysco Foods. Additionally, Eichelberger has a background in commercial real estate as the President/Sales/Commercial Property Manager at Commercial Investment Properties, and gained foundational experience in the restaurant sector as a Training Manager at Applebee's, where multiple managerial roles were held. Eichelberger attended Washburn University from 1991 to 1993.
