Brian Gallop

Brian Gallop has extensive experience in safety, security, and operations management within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Safety and Security at Sysco since July 2019, Brian leads the implementation of health, safety, environmental, and security programs tailored to the company's specific objectives. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at US Foods, including Director of Safety and Security and Safety and Security Manager, showcasing a consistent focus on safety protocols and employee training. Brian's earlier career includes a tenure at Individual Foodservice as Director of Operations, where skills in workforce management, safety program development, and union negotiations were honed, as well as a role as Warehouse Supervisor at Ralphs Grocery Company, focusing on operational efficiency and employee training. Brian completed general studies at William N. Neff High School, graduating in 1980.
