Chad Zappia

Chad Zappia is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as New Business Development at Sysco since October 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with customers to enhance sales and efficiency. Prior to this role, Chad was the Director Of Food And Beverage at Big Ditch Brewing Company, overseeing tap room operations and financial performance. Earlier in Chad's career, a decade was spent at Bar Louie as Director of Operations, managing multiple locations and leading over 250 employees, along with serving as General Manager and Bar Manager in various capacities. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Canisius University.
