Curtis Wong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the culinary and business sectors. With a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware, Curtis began a culinary career as Sous Chef and later Executive Sous Chef at Duke University from 2010 to 2014. Following this, Curtis served as Director of Culinary Operations at Atria Senior Living from 2014 to 2016, and then as Executive Chef for the Durham Bulls Baseball Club until 2019. In 2020, Curtis transitioned to Waypoint as an Account Executive until February 2024. Currently, Curtis holds the position of European Imports Specialist at Sysco, starting in April 2024.
