Dane Casteel is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food service industry with a strong background in revenue management and culinary leadership. Currently serving as Market Manager for Revenue Management at Sysco since August 2019, Dane has held various roles including Pricing and Agreements Analyst, Account Executive, and Profit Management Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Snooze an A.M. Eatery for a brief period in 2019, and prior to that, a tenure at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from October 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included Kitchen Manager, Management, and Beverage Manager. Dane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Texas, earned between 2011 and 2014.
