Edwin Roman

Edwin Roman is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sysco since May 2024, Edwin previously held the position of Director of Distribution Optimization at True Value Company, where responsibilities included P&L management and multi-site continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles at Save-A-Lot encompassed Distribution Manager and Assistant Distribution Manager, overseeing significant sales metrics and distribution operations across multiple states. Edwin's early career included positions at Target and Peapod, focusing on logistics and inventory management. Edwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown and has completed additional studies at The University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College.
