Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson is currently the Field Director of Food Safety at Sysco, bringing extensive experience in the food and beverages industry. Erik has held various roles, including Food Safety Manager and Market Director for Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Sysco, and previously served as a Distribution Area Manager at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Erik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from King College, following studies in the sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to current roles, Erik also worked as a Supply Chain Systems Manager at Wegmans Food Markets.
