Erik Brock

Director of Merchandising

Erik Brock is the Vice President of Merchandising at Sysco Food Services of Spokane and has served in various roles at Sysco Foods since 1995, including Director of Merchandising and Senior Editor of Foodie Magazine. They have overseen numerous initiatives such as the creation of Foodiefest, a unique culinary and music expo, while contributing to the magazine with features on renowned chefs and food trends. Erik is currently the Regional Director of Merchandising for Sysco Pacific Northwest Region, continuing to lead innovative approaches in the food service industry. Erik holds an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management from The Cordon Bleu.
