Fawn Davis, GPHR, currently serves as the Senior HR Director at Sysco, providing strategic HR support for Sales Transformation and the CEx Leadership team since January 2021. Previously, Fawn was the Human Resources Project Lead at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where key accomplishments included establishing HR capability for the $20B Mozambique LNG Project. Additional experience includes roles at Halliburton, where Fawn served as a Human Resources Consultant and Senior Manager, advising executive leadership and overseeing significant workforce reductions. Fawn began a professional career at Aerotek as a Staffing Specialist, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
