Frank Schuster

Frank Schuster has extensive leadership experience in the foodservice and beverage industries, currently serving as President of the Pacific Northwest Region and previously the Eastern Shore Region at Sysco since May 2018. Prior to Sysco, Frank held multiple senior positions at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from 2011 to 2017, including President of Sales & Distribution, where responsibilities included overseeing a $1.4 billion business unit and leading a sales organization with annual sales of $1.5 billion. Frank began a progressive career at Pepsi Bottling Group from 2001 to 2008, serving in various roles including Vice President & General Manager, contributing to significant revenue generation and operational management. Frank earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
