Gary Irvin is an experienced professional with a robust background in restaurant management and business consultancy. Starting as a Restaurant Manager at On The Border from 1998 to 2001, Gary successfully led a high-traffic location in Tucson, AZ, overseeing a large staff and managing inventory. From 2001 to 2008, Gary served as General Manager at Cozymel's Mexican Grill in Manhattan Beach, CA, where daily operations were streamlined and a positive work culture was reinstated. Subsequently, as Area Director for Cozymel's from 2008 to 2010, strategic direction was provided to five restaurants, contributing to annual sales of $13.5 million. Gary further expanded expertise at Sysco from 2019 to 2020, engaging as a Director of Business Resources and later as a Sales & Marketing Associate, where mentorship and tailored solutions were offered to approximately 30 clients across Southern California.
