Gianna Dalessandro, MBA, is an experienced audit and compliance professional currently serving as the Internal Audit SOX Program Manager at Sysco. With over 11 years of experience across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications, Gianna oversees SOX compliance for multiple countries and manages more than 300 SOX controls. Gianna's expertise includes data analysis, process improvement, and developing KPI-driven dashboards for executive reporting. Previously, Gianna held roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and Frontier Communications, and has a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from the University of Scranton as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
