Heather Osler-Beard

Heather Osler-Beard is a seasoned corporate communications leader with extensive experience spanning various industries. They began their career in media production and editorial roles at CBC/Radio-Canada before evolving into strategic roles in corporate communications at organizations such as BMO Financial Group, where they managed editorial content and communications strategies. Heather has held leadership positions, including Director of Communications at Sysco and Senior Manager of Communications at Element Fleet Management, where they developed comprehensive strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement. They have completed several educational programs, including a Leadership Development Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
