Heather Yops, SPHR, SHRM SCP, serves as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Sysco-Great Lakes Region since September 2020, with additional responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors for The Washington County Humane Society since March 2022. Previously, Heather held the title of Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Sysco and Vice President-HRBP since January 2018 and has extensive experience from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, where roles included Director of Human Resources for the North Market and Senior Human Resources Representative. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 1988 and 1992.
